½ credit, ElectiveThe course is designed to help students prepare for leadership roles in their families, schools, communities and careers. It will also provide the student resource and management skills. Becoming an effective problem solver, using creating and critical skills, using communication styles and techniques, and developing leadership skills will be used to create projects and activities for the family and community. The project-based approach and hands-on learning activities will be the focus of the class.
